Body Contouring & Aesthetics

HIP / BUM ENHANCEMENT

Hip / bum enhancement involves injecting dermal filler that is especially designed for body contouring. It is injected using a blunt tipped cannula and positioned strategically in order to sculpt your hips, producing a rounder, more flattering shape.

This procedure is an amazing alternative to surgery as it has less risk factors, is more affordable and has less downtime.

  • This treatment is best for individuals who lack shape in their bum, whether it be flat, sagging, or they just have very prominent hip dips. This treatment can help create the buttocks you desire non-invasively.

  • Results typically last 24 months to 3 years dependant on each individuals body and lifestyle.

  • There is little to no down time with a non-surgical BBL. All normal activities can be resumed within 10 days. Bruising may last up to 10-14 days.

  • When it comes to butt/hip injections, some patients may suffer from bruising and swelling although this should subside within 7-10 days. The injected area will feel very firm and hard for the first 14 days whilst it heals.

    • You must keep your bandage on the treated area for the first 24 hours post treatment.

    • The area must be kept extremely clean!

    • Do not take hot showers or baths for the first 24 hours.

    • It is normal to experience some pain and aching sensations although these will fade after the first few days.

    • Drink plenty of water and pain relief such as paracetamol can be taken in order to relieve pain.

FAT DISSOLVING

Fat dissolving injections are a safe and effective way to reduce stubborn fat cells without the need to undergo surgery.

These injections can be used to treat a small, medium or large area and a different number of sessions will be required for each individual, as it depends on how your body responds to the treatment. On the body, these injections can be used to reduce arm fat, abdominal fat, back fat and more. The injections work to break down the fatty acids within the cells which are then removed from the body via the lymphatic drainage system.

  • This treatment is best for individuals who suffer from stubborn fat pockets on their body that won't go via traditional fat loss methods such as exercising.

  • The fat dissolving treatment is permanent although you must maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid the fat returning.

  • Allow two weeks for the treated area to full heal.

  • You may suffer from bruising and swelling which can be relieved by:

    • Apply a hot compress. apply a ht water bottle, soak a clean cloth, wring out very tight and lay over the treated area. Repeat several times - ideally every 2 hours if possible.

    • Apply arnica cream before going to bed as this will help to resolve bruising.

    • Wear a compression garment to help with swelling and results.

    • Immediately after the treatment, there may be slight redness, swelling, tenderness and an itching sensation in the treated area. This is a normal reaction to the injections.

    • Avoid touching the treated area for 6 hours post treatment. After this time the treated area can be gently washed with soap and water.

    • Until the initial swelling has resolved, do not expose the treated area to intense heat (eg. Solarium and sunbathing) or extreme cold.

    • If you are using aspirin or any similar medications, be aware that these may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site.
