CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do this by giving us a call or a message 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
DEPOSIT TRANSFERS
In the event a client reschedules their appointment (prior to the 72 hour notice window), the original deposit can be moved to a new session within 4 months of the originally booked date. Any time after 4 months, a new deposit is required.
Deposits are non-refundable.
LATE POLICY
If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment, and a new deposit will be required to book.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Deposit is deducted from the total cost of the treatment the Remaining balance must be paid in full once your treatments is complete We accept cash, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, and Credit/ Debit cards.
GUARANTEES
CL Cosmetics can make no guarantee as to your individual results or how long your treatment will last. Client results will vary from person to person.
SPMU treatments, Since everyone’s skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare. It is the clients own responsibility to make sure they follow the Aftercare correctly as this has a big effect on your heeled results. Most clients will need 12 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person.
BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made on this website or Via our book now button on Instagram.
Please make sure you book in your top ups and touch up appointments if your treatment requires one.
NO SHOW NO CALL POLICY
Missing your appointment without notifying CL Cosmetics before your appointment time will result in loss of deposit and can in some cases result in full payment being requested. If the client wishes to book again, the payment will be required upfront for the whole treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
All gift vouchers purchased are non-refundable and have a 12 month life span.
